1. Who this agreement is with
This agreement is between Jia Stephen Quakawoot, sole trader, ABN 49 263 386 988, trading as BKFK – By Kids For Kids (“BKFK”, “we”, “us”), and the individual identified in the affiliate application (“you”).

2. Applying and joining
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate application information. Applying is free. You do not need to purchase a product to apply.
Applications are reviewed individually. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
You must expressly accept this agreement before BKFK sends your affiliate offer. Participation begins once BKFK approves you and your offer is active in Shopify Collabs. Acceptance of this agreement alone does not activate your account.
Your use of Shopify Collabs is also subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and Community Guidelines. This agreement governs your relationship with BKFK and does not replace your agreement with Shopify.
3. Your commission
The commission rate is 5% of qualifying product amounts paid after discounts, excluding shipping and tax.
All products available for purchase through the store are included at launch. Qualifying products in the same attributed order count even if you originally shared a different product.
For example, an eligible product amount of AUD $50 earns AUD $2.50 commission before any applicable payout currency conversion or tax treatment.
Commission applies to genuine, paid sales attributed to your assigned affiliate link through Shopify Collabs. Clicks, recommendations, unpaid orders and fraudulent transactions do not earn commission.
The program does not include a customer discount, free products or payment for creating content unless separately agreed in writing.
4. Tracking
The configured affiliate-link attribution window is 30 days from an eligible click. Attribution is determined through Shopify Collabs using the applicable program settings.
Tracking can be affected by browser settings, blocked or cleared cookies, device changes and other technical limitations. A sale is not guaranteed to be attributed simply because a customer saw your content.
If you believe a commission is missing or incorrect, contact BKFK promptly with the available supporting information. We will review the issue reasonably, including any available Shopify records. Do not send customer payment details or other unnecessary personal information.
5. Holding period and payments
Commissions are subject to the configured 30-day holding period.
After that period, eligible commissions are added to BKFK’s upcoming Shopify bill, or earlier when the relevant billing threshold is reached. Creator payouts depend on BKFK paying that bill and you completing Shopify Collabs’ payout requirements, including activating automatic payouts.
There is no guaranteed payment date on the 15th of the month, or exactly 30 days after a sale.
Available payout methods, thresholds, processing times, currencies and conversion charges are governed by Shopify Collabs and its payment providers. Any applicable creator currency conversion charges may reduce the amount you receive. BKFK will not deduct its own Shopify commission-processing fee from your agreed 5% commission.
You are responsible for providing accurate payout information through the authorised payment system and meeting your applicable tax obligations. Do not send banking passwords or payment account credentials to BKFK.
6. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Commission is payable only on the qualifying product amount retained following applicable cancellations and refunds.
During the holding period, Shopify Collabs automatically cancels commissions on canceled or fully refunded orders. Partial refunds, later refunds and payment disputes may require a separate review or adjustment.
A partial refund reduces commission only in proportion to the qualifying product amount refunded.
If an adjustment concerns commission already paid, BKFK will provide the order reference, reason and calculation. Any recovery or offset against future commission must be handled through an available, lawful process, with an opportunity for you to raise an error. This agreement does not represent that Shopify automatically deducts every adjustment from your next payout.
BKFK will not recover the same commission adjustment twice.
The store’s change-of-mind returns period is 14 days from delivery, subject to its published conditions. That period is separate from the commission holding period. Refunds required by law, including for faulty or incorrect goods, may arise outside that period and may also affect the related commission. Nothing in this agreement limits customers’ statutory rights.
7. How you may promote BKFK
Clearly and prominently disclose the commercial relationship wherever you share affiliate promotions. For example: “Ad — I may earn commission if you buy through this link.” Put the disclosure where people can readily notice it, rather than hiding it among hashtags or behind additional clicks.
Use truthful descriptions and current product, price, delivery and returns information. Only describe personal experience you have actually had.
Do not:
• Send spam or unsolicited promotions contrary to applicable law.
• Create fake reviews, fake orders or misleading endorsements.
• Invent discounts, guarantees or claims BKFK has not authorised.
• Manipulate tracking, force affiliate clicks or overwrite another creator’s referral through deceptive methods.
• Impersonate BKFK or suggest you can make commitments on its behalf.
• Use another person’s intellectual property without permission.
Paid advertisements using BKFK’s brand name, branded search keywords, or domains and social accounts suggesting they are official BKFK channels require our prior written approval.
You must comply with applicable advertising laws, platform rules and Shopify Collabs requirements.
8. Brand materials and your content
BKFK permits you to use the promotional materials it supplies or expressly authorises solely to promote the program while your participation is active. BKFK retains ownership of its brand and materials.
You retain ownership of content you create. Joining this program does not give BKFK an automatic right to reuse your content in advertising. Any additional content licence or paid content arrangement must be separately agreed.
9. Independent participation
You choose whether and how often to promote BKFK, subject to this agreement. There is no minimum sales target or guaranteed income.
This agreement does not appoint you as BKFK’s employee, partner or agent. You cannot enter contracts or incur expenses on BKFK’s behalf.
10. Changes and ending participation
Changes to this agreement require your express acceptance. BKFK will give at least 30 days’ written notice of proposed material changes to commission rates or eligible products. Changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce commission already earned.
Either party may end participation on 14 days’ written notice. BKFK may suspend participation immediately where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unlawful promotion or a material breach, and will explain the reason where legally permitted.
For a breach that can be remedied, BKFK will ordinarily give notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix it before termination.
When participation ends, stop using your affiliate link and BKFK promotional materials. Valid referrals made before the effective end date remain eligible under the existing 30-day attribution window, subject to tracking availability and the refund and eligibility provisions above.
Ending participation does not automatically forfeit valid unpaid commissions. Outstanding amounts remain subject to the applicable holding period, payment requirements and documented adjustments.
11. Privacy and records
BKFK uses application information, connected profile information made available through Collabs, and referral records to assess applications and administer the program, as described in its published Privacy Policy.
Shopify and its payment providers handle information under their own applicable privacy terms. Do not collect customer information on BKFK’s behalf without prior written approval.
BKFK will retain a record of your acceptance and the version of this agreement accepted.
12. Questions and disputes
Contact tiedyemonkeybiz@gmail.com with questions or a disputed commission calculation. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns through discussion.
This agreement is governed by Queensland law and applicable Commonwealth law. Nothing excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents either party from approaching an appropriate court, tribunal or regulator.
13. Acceptance
By expressly selecting the agreement acceptance response in your application, or providing written acceptance identifying this version, you confirm that you have read and agree to this agreement.
BKFK accepts your participation by issuing its approval and affiliate offer after reviewing your application and agreement acceptance. You may begin participating only when the offer is active.
